Independence Day and Rakshabandhan

Assembly by Nursery C

We, the students of Nursery C were very excited to present our first Special Assembly on 12 August 19 On Independence Day and Raksha Bandhan celebration. We started with Rakhi celebration and Ridaan of NURSERY C said the thought on  Raksha Bandhan that it is a bond and beautiful relationship between brothers and sisters.  It was followed by group song 'rakhi aaii rakhi aii' with enactment   

The Independence Day was celebrated with national spirit in our heart and with tricolours on her clothes and followed by a promise taken by Kiara Gilgotra to care for each other and spread for our country poeple. The melodies patriotic song “Teen Ranga ka Apnaa Jhanda” was  sung with full enthusiasm by the entire class. 

Children presented a beautiful dance performance on the song “ay watan watan mere“. 

Both the teachers spoke about the importance of Independence Day as well as Rakhi.

The assembly was appreciated by the Headmistress Ms. Anju Gupta and was applauded by all.
