Diwali Assembly by Nursery D
We the children of nursery D conducted our class assembly on 06/11/2011 on the theme Diwali in the school auditorium. We started the assembly by taking blessings from the almighty and chanting the gayatri mantra. Later, our friends Lavisha, Myra and Aviana explained to us about the importance of festival Diwali. Then all of us sang a medley on Diwali which was applauded by one and all present there. Our teachers explained to us about the importance of festivals ‘Bhaidooj’ and ‘Govardhan pooja’. We all danced on the Diwali song with full enthusiasm and zeal. Our Headmistress and Asst. Headmistress appreciated our efforts.
