Orientation- New Nursery

2015-16

The Preprimary Department organized their Orientation Programme on 25^th of March for Preschool session 2015-2016 in the school auditorium. The programme began with the address of Principal, Mr. Ashok Kumar Pandey and Headmistress Ms. Anju Gupta by welcoming the parents and emphasizing the importance of orientation programme. They also spoke about balanced role of parents and schools in the upbringing of children. The other highlights were a presentation by the teachers about different domains of child development, school curriculum, different pedagogies used to teach the curriculum and the co-curricular activities. 

We also had amongst us Ms. Diana Cherian who is a practicing clinical psychologist, an academician as well as an educationist who spoke to the parents about Child Protection. This was followed by the vote of thanks delivered by our AHM Ms. Sunita Rajiv.

The parents went back home carrying an insight about the school’s policies and they took good parenting tips which according to them will surely help them in guiding their wards in the right direction in a constructive way.
