We, the students of Prep A conducted our first assembly in the school auditorium where we recited a rhyme on the golden words Thank You and Please with full confidence. Our teachers Ms. Anju and Ms. Deepti also told our friends about the Nature Walk we went for a day before. The pictures taken of the Nature Walk were lovely and we are looking forward to performing on stage in future. Some of our friends from other classes also came and spoke about their favourite toys.

Flat race - Prep

Flat Race

We, the students of Prep of Ahlcon International School participated in flat race organised by our teachers. We were guided and instructed by our teachers to run as fast as we could. Our Headmistress Ma'am, Ms. Anju Gupta encouraged us to run like bullets and the moment she said "On your mark, Get Set Go", we started running with a lot of energy to reach the finish line. Hearing our friends cheer for us made us run even faster. Here are some pictures of the fun we had. Please do have a look.

Ahlcon welcomes new Nursery

Ahlcon welcomes new Nursery

We welcomed our tiny tots, the new entrants to the 

Ahlcon family. They walked into the school 

premises for the first time on 7th April 2015. Some 

crying, some clinging to their fathers, others 

hugging their mothers and some walking confidently 

into the classroom to greet their teacher happily. 

It was a memorable day with teachers trying to win over 

their hearts with toys, songs, stories and  toffees.

One could see the fathers walking away with a heavy 

heart and mothers wiping away silent tears from 

their eyes. By the end of the day, Ahlcon was truly 

happy. 

Orientation- New Nursery

2015-16

The Preprimary Department organized their Orientation Programme on 25^th of March for Preschool session 2015-2016 in the school auditorium. The programme began with the address of Principal, Mr. Ashok Kumar Pandey and Headmistress Ms. Anju Gupta by welcoming the parents and emphasizing the importance of orientation programme. They also spoke about balanced role of parents and schools in the upbringing of children. The other highlights were a presentation by the teachers about different domains of child development, school curriculum, different pedagogies used to teach the curriculum and the co-curricular activities. 

We also had amongst us Ms. Diana Cherian who is a practicing clinical psychologist, an academician as well as an educationist who spoke to the parents about Child Protection. This was followed by the vote of thanks delivered by our AHM Ms. Sunita Rajiv.

The parents went back home carrying an insight about the school’s policies and they took good parenting tips which according to them will surely help them in guiding their wards in the right direction in a constructive way.
