Assembly by Nursery A- Dussehra

Assembly by Nursery A- Dussehra

The assembly on 16th October was conducted by us, the tiny angels of Nursery A.
The theme of the assembly was "Dussehra". It started with a prayer, Tu hi Daata....' followed by Gayatri Mantra.
We were delighted to share our learning from the festival of dussehra in formof group song, "Ek The Raja Ram Awadh ke "
An inspiring thought of the day was shared by the three of our friends; Palak, Adaira and Shanaya in Hindi.
In order to explain the theme, "Dussehra", our confident students of Nur-A came  dressed up and took turns to speak a few lines on the characters from Ramayana.
We were also explained by our teacher on why dussehra is also called Vijaydashami.
Two of our friends, came dressed up as Maa Durga and Mahishasur and spoke about the same.
In the end, our friends from class Prep, performed a dance sequence on a Gujrati Song which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

To conclude the assembly, Our headmistress ma'am, Ms. Anju Gupta Shared with us the evils that are prevalent today and how the inner strength of our minds can help us overcome those evils.
