Independence Day!

Independence Day Celebrations!
We, the Preprimary family celebrated Independence Day and Janmashtami on 14th of August.
We were told that we owe a lot to the freedom fighters. Our young friends from Preschool came dressed as freedom fighters like Mangal Pandey, Rani Lakshmi Bai, Subhash Chandra Bose, etc.
There was a melodious group song performance by Prep children on 'Bharat' followed by a spectacular dance on the song "Yeh desh hai veer jawano ka..".
The relevance and importance of Janmashtami was shown through a small skit by some of our friends.
In the end, our teachers also danced on the same song leaving us mesmerised...
