Rakshabhandhan- Nursery D

We, the tiny tots of Nursery - D presented our first assembly in the school auditorium under the guidance of our teachers, Ms. Kakoli and Ms. Pooja. Our’s special assembly was based on the theme ‘Rakshabandhan’ . Being one of the most celebrated festival, assembly was full of love and joy. We were all in festive spirits. Most of our friends were beautifully dressed up. We started our assembly with the prayer ‘ हमको जीवन देने वाले…‘ and Gayatri Mantra followed by the thought of the day – “ We all have a family who love and care for us. We should also love and take care of them.” spoken by Priyanshi Ranot. Our friend Osvin Jha on our behalf wished everyone as ‘Happy Rakshabandhan to all brothers and sisters. May your bond of love stay forever.’

 We sang the song ‘ राखी आई  राखी आई, भाई बहन की खुशियाँ लायी….. ‘and some of us danced on it too, which enthralled the audience. 

Pooja Ma’am explained the significance of the festival and talked about the bond of love between brothers and sisters. 

We presented a small skit which emphasize that we should not fight rather share with our brothers and sisters. Anushka Jha of our class confidently concluded the skit with her beautiful lines “भाई बहन का प्यार है ………………..”. 

A video was also showcased on the theme which made the audience speechless.  

Then came the captivating dance performance by our friends of other nursery classes on the song ‘फूलों का तारों का सबका कहना है…..’ It was beautifully coordinated and synchronized. 

Our dance session did not ended yet. Pratibha Ma’am and Soundarya Ma’am made us dance on the song ‘बम बम भोले, मस्ती में डोले……’ which we all enjoyed thoroughly. After this thrill and excitement came boundless blessings of our Respected HM Ma’am and Sunita Ma’am. 

Birthday children were greeted and were especially blessed by all of us followed by the National Anthem to mark the end of our assembly. We had the gala time and enjoyed every moment of our assembly.
